"Really well presented, the apartment is on the 2nd floor with a good balcony overlooking nice gardens. It’s well-equipped and is comfortable and very quiet. Lots of daylight and excellent lighting throughout the place. Shower and hot water all good; excellent WiFi. Parking always easy. Check-in and out easy too. Location was superb for us - 5 minutes to a good Spar and bakery, a bit further for sea and restaurants."

"This is a beautiful apartment, decorated to a high standard with a lovely balcony to compliment. Bertrand (such a gentleman) met us to hand over keys and show us around. Full air conditioning, washing machine, powerful shower plus little extras like a bottle of wine and water in fridge, dishwasher tabs, foil & cling film, oil, herbs & condiments all made this feel immediately like a home from home. The gated entry ensured secure parking for us. Most days were hot so air con was appreciated but the additional electrically powered canopy that covered the balcony, allowed the patio doors to be opened and yet still be shaded from the hot afternoon sun."

"Nichts, außer das mal - je nach Wetterlage - Flugzeuge über Antibes den Flughafen Nizza ansteuern, dann wirds mal lauter, aber das war auch eher selten."

"Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und super ausgestattet (besonders in der Küche). Es ist aber zum Beispiel auch ein Wäschegestell (auf dem großen Balkon) vorhanden und es gibt sogar Klammern. Man kann direkt am Haus parken in mit einem Tor abgesperrten, sicheren Bereich. Man ist in weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß am Bahnhof von Juan-les-Pins und kann so einfach (und relativ günstig) u. a. nach Cannes, Nizza, Grasse fahren. Es gibt mehrere gut sortierte kleinere Supermärkte, die man gut zu Fuß erreichen kann. Am Strand ist man in weniger als 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Der Vermieter (den wir leider nicht persönlich kennengelernt haben) ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und sehr gut erreichbar, antwortet schnell, hilfreich und nett."
